She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and public sector leaders to develop organizational and personal transformation strategies. Her practice focuses on the impact of adult cognitive development and emotional intelligence on leadership capabilities for creating innovative, socially conscious, and purpose-driven organizations. Currently, she coaches leaders in global organizations and government agencies on how to build inner capabilities for leading in complex environments, engaging in dialogue with diverse stakeholders, articulating clear vision and purpose, shaping organizational culture, orchestrating large-scale change initiatives, making effective decisions, promoting well-being at the workplace, developing leadership talent, fostering innovation and building winning teams.
With over 300 coaching clients and more than 2000 coaching sessions, Iva has worked with a range of notable organizations. She currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at two graduate schools of business; Loyola University Chicago and Marquette University, where she teaches MBA courses in Leadership Development and Coaching, Organizational Change and Development, Organizational Behavior, Talent Development, Group Dynamics and Facilitation, Ethics in Business, and Corporate Social Responsibility, and Business and Society.
Iva holds a doctoral degree in Leadership & Change from Antioch University in Ohio. The title of her doctoral dissertation was “How Leaders Think: Measuring Cognitive Complexity in Leading Organizational Change” (2011). She holds an MSc in Organization Development from LoyolaUniversity Chicago and a BA in Liberal Arts from DePaul University in Chicago. She is based in Chicago but travels extensively to serve her clients.
