Complexity and rapid change are affecting CEO and senior leadership roles. At Requisite Development we start with the premise that we cannot initiate change around ourselves – our team, our organization, our environment – without first addressing change within ourselves as leaders. 

Our approach is uniquely different from conventional behavioral change approaches. Nor do we see the application of personality-based analysis as being relevant to change. 

Instead, we focus on the following questions: 

  • Who am I, in terms of my core values? 
  • How do these values shape my beliefs, feelings, thoughts and behaviour? 
  • What is my capacity for complexity and how does it help to shape my understanding of myself, my role, other people and my environment?
